01 Rental Period

The standard rental period for all dumpsters is up to 14 days. The rental period begins on the day of delivery. If you need the dumpster for a longer period, please contact us prior to the end of your rental term to discuss availability and potential extension fees.

All dumpsters are call-for-removal unless removal is prescheduled at the time of your reservation.

The customer is responsible for requesting removal within the 14 day rental period.

02 Pricing & Payment

Rental prices include delivery, pickup, and disposal up to the specified weight limit for each dumpster size. Payment is due upon delivery. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

12 Yard: Starting at $350 (Includes 12′ L x 8′ W x 4’H container)
15 Yard: Starting at $450 (Includes 16′ L x 8′ W x 4.5’H container)
20 Yard: Starting at $550 (Includes 16′ L x 8′ W x 6′ H container)

03 Weight Limits & Overages

Each dumpster size has a specific weight allowance. Any weight exceeding this allowance will be subject to overage charges. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the dumpster is not overloaded.

Overage Rates:

Container Weight Overage: $.09 / LB
Roofing Material Overage: $.14 / LB

04 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters. Inclusion of these items may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup:

✕ Asbestos
✕ Chemicals / Solvents
✕ Paints / Lacquers
✕ Oils / Fuels
✕ Medical Waste
✕ Batteries

05 Additional Fee Items

The following items are accepted but will incur an additional fee per item to cover specialized recycling costs. This fee can vary anywhere from $25 to $50.

Tires: Additional fee applies per tire.
Appliances with Freon: (Refrigerators, A/C units, Dehumidifiers) - Additional fee applies.
Mattresses / Box Springs: Additional fee applies per item.
Older TVs and Computer Monitors: Additional fee applies.

06 Access & Property

Please ensure the delivery location is clear of obstructions. The truck requires ample room to maneuver and place the dumpster.

Driveway Protection: While we take care during delivery and pickup, heavy trucks and dumpsters can cause damage to driveways, lawns, or curbs. Gorilla Dumpster Rentals is not liable for damage to pavement, asphalt, lawns, or other property surfaces. Our Drivers can place wood blocks under the dumpster wheels and rails upon request.
